cheesecloth and furniture refinsihing

Antique furniture restorers, wood finishers painters, and antique dealers use cheesecloth for furniture refinishing and restoring

Cheesecloth inherently is  softer than brushes when applying stain on dry wood and is highly absorbent. it is an open weave fabric made of cotton fibers are lint free.

It is important for any woodworking project, because lint or loose bristles  will ruin the finish.  We recommend using two pieces of cheesecloth for each painting or staining project , One to apply and spread and clean new pieces to wipe off .

Any left over is not wasted as it makes a great dusting, buffing and soft cleaning cloth
