Shipping costs for fabrics

Most common question by email and chat  " how much is shipping ?

On our  pillow manufacturing site we have a very   well detailed and intuitive shipping calculator
that wil give an instant quote be viewed at: http://www.nussopillows.com/order.htm?format=quote
This is what the online quote form looks like:

picture of nussopillows.com quotation page

For fabrics only use the bottom right section only and fill in the postal code only and residential yes/no
FedEx ( not Nusso) will charge an additional $2.50/box surcharge.to residential address.
it works well for the burlap, broadcloth  and unbleached cotton. otherwise you can adapt and guesstimate

If you fill in your postal code in the blue box (either the big one at the top or the small one in the middle on the right) the program will now calculate the shipping cost to your specific postal code. Now, when you enter the quantities you want in any of the other boxes, the shipping cost will update automatically in the big blue box entitled "Your Order Summary". It will calculate the precise costs as well as the number of boxes it will take to ship your order to you. Roughly speaking, 25-30 pounds of merchandise will fit into a box.

For 2  cartons ( pcs) or more the following is a quick estimate of your cost

Toronto: $10.50/box
Montreal: $11.75/box
Winnipeg: $13.40/box
Calgary/Edmonton: $16.20/box
Vancouver: $18.60/box

Single carton shipments are slightly higher

Cut cheeseclothinto desires sheet length
Soak  cheesecloth in bowl oft liquid starch. Pull each sheet out one at a time and squeeze the excess moisture out.
ghostsfor shaping use aluminum foil around mild  container   or balloons if making ceiling
Once everything is thoroughly dry, lift the ghosts off the jugs or bottles. The ghosts will be able to stand or any flat surface. I recommend 5 -6 layers of grade 20 cheesecloth . if you use a higher grade say 40 or 50 you will need only 4 layers . Basically spend more use less

Allow the cheesecloth to dry for at least a full 24 hours.

    Cheesecloth for cleaning lexan

Imagine my surprise when I received a fax from CFB xxxxx. home of the xx helicopter squadron ordering cheesecloth ,
i assumed it was  for the kitchen facility on base.

Then i receievd another cheesecloth order from a renowned helicopter flying school.in B.C
I inquired as to its use, i was informed that cheescloth is recommended for cleaning the very sensitive lexan windows and canopies on flying craft .Grade 50 is most popular.

Its soft natural construction minimizes scratches to the very sensitive lexan windows. When we started carrying cheesecloth during the 1980' who would have figured that we would have the aviation sector as customers.

We are proud to be suppliers to the Canadian Forces.

xxx for secuiity reasons i am withholding name and location
